Shipping and Returns
Due to the fact that a lot of our merchandise is personalized, we cannot accept returns on any of these custom items. It is very important for our customers to pay attention to the formatting of a proper monogrammed item. We cannot be responsible for monograms that are entered incorrectly. It is also very important to check your email order confirmation for any mistakes before shipment. If you receive an item that you feel you did not order and is on your order confirmation, you will have to email us prior to shipment to get the order corrected. All items shipped after the order confirmation are not available to return.
If there is a time where you have entered the monogram correctly and believe that we made the mistake, please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to make it right with you.
Our shipping policy offers shipping of $6.95 to all orders.
Orders that are shipped and are not picked up in store will take between 7-10 days (unless otherwise noted) to be completed and shipped due to the fact that most of our items are personalized. We do our best to complete and ship these items before the 7-10 days depending on our sales volume at the time.
